Rhubarb Blackberry Jam

This jam contains: organic rhubarb from our garden, wild blackberries from their Mt. Olivet farm, and organic sugar. There is no added pectin to distract from the full flavor of the jam made with triple the fruit and 1/4 the sugar of other jams. It is a labor of love, made in small batches by hand, on the farm in Kentucky. Enjoy on toast, pancakes, waffles, yougurt, or off the spoon! LOW SUGAR JAM!!
Refrigerate after opening. Eat 3 weeks after opening.
