Domestic Shipping Options

We offer the following service level options for shipments within the United States.

Economy Shipping (1 to 7 business days)

Economy Shipping is the least expensive method of shipment. Depending upon where you live in the country, orders are typically received within 1 to 7 business days after the order leaves our warehouse. . Transit days are provided in business days. Not all addresses are eligible for Economy Shipping. PO Boxes and APO/Military addresses as well as shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories are not eligible for Economy Shipping. No weekend or holiday delivery.

 

Standard Shipping (1 to 4 business days)

Standard Shipping is the most popular shipping service level we offer. Depending upon where you live in the country, orders are typically received within 1 to 4 business days after the order leaves our warehouse. Transit days are provided in business days. Not all addresses are eligible for the Standard Shipping service level. PO Boxes and APO/FPO/Military addresses as well as shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories are not eligible for Standard Shipping. No weekend or holiday delivery.

 

Premium Shipping (1 to 2 business days)

Premium Shipping is one of the most expensive shipping service levels and yet, is usually the most reliable and fastest. Orders are typically received within 1 to 2 business days after the order leaves our warehouse. In most cases, Premium Shipping is the only method that can be used for shipments going to Alaska and US territories. No weekend or holiday delivery.

Next Day Air Delivery via UPS (1 business day)

Next Day Air Delivery is only delivered va United Parcel Service (UPS). This service is not offered to all addresses but where it is offered, UPS will typically deliver by noon the next business day. Orders are received the next business day after the order leaves our warehouse. No weekend or holiday delivery.


Saturday Delivery via UPS Red Label

We offer a Saturday Delivery for many of the items on our website. Saturday delivery is not available to all locations and not for all items. Details of our Saturday Delivery option can be found here: Saturday Delivery Option

 

With the exception of the Next Day Air and Saturday Delivery options, the above options are SERVICE LEVELS. They are not specific shipping methods. We use a variety of shipping methods for each service level. We may use air or ground shipping as required by the carrier to get your order to you within the service level time frame you choose. All shipments are sent via a traceable carrier who provides a tracking number.

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. The shipping time frames stated for each of our shipping options is the estimated number of days it will take for you to receive your order after your order leaves our warehouse (time of shipment) and not the number of days after you place your order. While in most cases we are able to ship within 1 - 3 business days (or less) of when the order is placed, we can not guarantee it. With the exception of our Saturday Delivery option, “Business Days” are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. For an estimate of when you can expect your order to arrive, we recommend using our DELIVERY CALCULATOR.

Delivery Attempts / Signature Required

Most of the carriers we use will make three attempts to deliver a package. It is typically up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required (packages shipped via air almost always require a signature). If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. We are excited to announce the launch of the Kentucky Proud Market website along with the opening of the first Kentucky Proud Market location in The Shops at Lexington Center. Located in the heart of downtown Lexington adjacent to Triangle Park, Victorian Square Shops, Rupp Arena and hotels, the center boasts over 1 million visitors per year for UK games, concerts, sports venues, family shows, conferences and conventions. The 5,000 square foot store in endorsed by The Kentucky Department of Agriculture and is a venture spearheaded by Kentucky Proud member Elk Creek Vineyards. Curtis Sigretto, owner of Elk Creek Vineyards, brings over 20 years of retail expertise as the founder of Halloween Express, a seasonal retail business that boasts 165 stores in 40 states. Kentucky Proud Market offers specialty foods, food ingredients, beverage, and hand-crafted items grown and produced by Kentucky Proud members.

Registered Kentucky Proud and Kentucky Crafted members are invited to participate in selling products at Kentucky Proud Market on a wholesale consignment basis. Participants will establish an account that outlines the amount of product shipped to the store initially and the ideal flow of product over time. We will tailor your consignment agreement to the size of your business. We are committed to offering product from both large and small companies, and require that all participants be registered members of Kentucky Proud or Kentucky Crafted.
